Biography: Alexia Sinclair is an award-winning Australian fine art photographer and digital artist. Her work has toured Australia through the Australian Centre for Photography, been shown in the Archibald at the Art Gallery of NSW and the National Portrait Prize exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery, featured on national television and has been presented at major festivals in China and France. Alexia lives and works in Sydney, and also undertakes projects in Australasia and the US.
An artist equally at home in the museum or on the pages of a magazine, Alexia Sinclair also applies her extensive skills and signature style in highly polished campaigns in the commercial arena, for clients such as American Express, Canon, Harper's Bazaar, Marie Claire, NAB, Opera New Zealand and Qantas.
Shortlisted for National Photographic Portrait Prize (2011), Graphis 100 Best in Photography (2011) for 'Macbeth', Hasselblad Masters Finalist (2010), the National Tertiary Art Prize (2007), Harper's Bazaar Canon Fashion Photography Award (2007).
